Please note this is a combined apartment/hotel complex and contains two buildings, Ivy and Eve.
Location: A close walk to anywhere in South Brisbane, Melbourne street restaurants, Southbank and the train station are all a short stroll away.
Noise: Generally low, not next to the train line, I don't hear neighbors personally. Do hear some traffic but expected in the city.
Security: No security guard, swipe passes required, stirdy doors/locks. Early morning to late evening reception desk monitoring of lobby. Issue with mail room out in the lobby (not private), wouldn't get large items sent to the complex.
Amenitites: Good amenities on level 5 including Pool, Spa, Gym, Theatre (outside), For hire space with kitchen, dining room, living room and pool table. Teppenyaki grill, BBQs and Pizza oven. Views are good but it's not rooftop.
Parking: Parking is good, only a few levels so quick to park or get out. Multiple security gates to prevent people walking into the car park. Semi-regular cleaning of car park.
Management: On-site management which can very helpful. All issues have been promptly resolved whenever I've needed assistance.
