Please note this is a combined apartment/hotel complex and contains two buildings, Ivy and Eve.
Location: A close walk to anywhere in South Brisbane, Melbourne street restaurants, Southbank and the train station are all a short stroll away.
Noise: Generally low, not next to the train line, I don't hear neighbors personally. Do hear some traffic but expected in the city.
Security: No security guard, swipe passes required, stirdy doors/locks. Early morning to late evening reception desk monitoring of lobby. Issue with mail room out in the lobby (not private), wouldn't get large items sent to the complex.
Amenitites: Good amenities on level 5 including Pool, Spa, Gym, Theatre (outside), For hire space with kitchen, dining room, living room and pool table. Teppenyaki grill, BBQs and Pizza oven. Views are good but it's not rooftop.
Parking: Parking is good, only a few levels so quick to park or get out. Multiple security gates to prevent people walking into the car park. Semi-regular cleaning of car park.
Management: On-site management which can very helpful. All issues have been promptly resolved whenever I've needed assistance.

Location is excellent, close to all major attractions, transport and a short walk to the city.
Noise varies depending on which side of the building you're on. There are currently construction works on the West End side of the building which can be very noisy at night until the early hours of the morning (as of April 2021). It's also in a dense area so noise from adjacent apartment blocks is not uncommon.
Security is generally good, front desk is manned during office hours and key fobs are required at other times. There have been reports of thefts from the mail area so be careful with deliveries of valuables.
Amenities are average to below-average for a modern apartment block in the city. Gym equipment is very limited, pool and leisure area on level 5 is not as nice as others in the area and doesn't take advantage of the views available on the top floors. Note that leisure areas are also shared with hotel guests and can be very busy during peak times.
Shared parking for the two adjoining 30-storey buildings is split into 5 underground levels in the basement and 4 above ground levels (levels 1-4). If your park is on one of the lowest or the highest floors, it can take quite a while to get to/from your car park.
Management are always friendly and helpful.
Overall, apartments are neat and tidy but a little on the small side and the layout is not as well thought out as other new apartment blocks. There are no built-in desks/study nooks, no built-in shelving, very little storage and some of the apartment layouts include strange indoor/outdoor spaces which can't actually be used because the sliding doors don't open all the way on the indoor side and there is a large step splitting the space on the outside. However, apartments in the complex do vary greatly in the quality of views, finishes and layout.
