    I have lived in Valley House for a year and a half, (second tower @FV Peppers) and I LOVE it!! I couldn’t be happier, the sense of community with the residents, the ammenities and the Staff are ALL amazing! Completely recommend!

    Moved out last week! Glad I did as this week there has been multiple car break ins in the 'secure' car park & storage lots broken into. Management hard to deal with & do not reply to emails. Had our bike stolen from the basement - take your bikes to your apartment.
    Expensive for small apartments but location is great!

    Also - fire alarms at least every 3 days! At least you will get fit running down the stairs!

    Parking is hard even as a resident, management loses mail, management don’t fix complaints, lots are constantly broken.
